How personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit reggarantai.com or send a message through it.

In short

Google Analytics is on by default, to see how this site is used. You can turn it off at any time under “Cookie settings”.
What you send through the contact form is only used to reply to you.
Personal data is never sold. You can ask to see, correct or delete yours.

01Who we are

reggarantai.com is Regga Rantai’s website and is run by PT Hibrida Rekainovasi Nusantara (“HIRAVTA”, “we”, hiravta.co.id). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

02What we collect

Contact form: your name, your email address and your message. The form also sends the answer to a spam check that your browser works out by itself; it contains no personal data.
Analytics, unless you turn it off: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city), your device and browser type, and interactions such as scrolling, clicking links and sending the contact form. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
Technical data: the servers that run this website and its contact form keep standard logs, such as the IP address, browser and time of each request, to keep them secure and running. The content of messages is never written to these logs.

03Why we use it

To reply to your message, at your request.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, based on our legitimate interest. You can object at any time by turning analytics off.
To keep the website and the contact form secure and free of spam, based on our legitimate interest.

04Cookies and browser storage

You can turn analytics on or off at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. When you turn it off, Google Analytics stops loading and its cookies are removed from your browser. The spam check of the contact form uses no cookies.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Messages from the contact form go to our own server, which delivers them by email; they are not passed to a third-party form service. We only share data with service providers that help us run this website and our email: our hosting providers, our email provider and Google (Google Analytics). These providers may process data outside Indonesia; when they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

06How long we keep it

Messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.
Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting providers.

07Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy. To make a request, send a message through the contact form. We respond within the time limits set by law. You can also file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

08Security

We protect data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), a spam check and limits on how often the contact form can be used, and limited access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

09Children

This website is meant for organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will announce important changes on this website.
